Cutting forces analysis is one of the most important means improving machining quality and productivity. In 3-axis milling, frequency domain cutting provides information which can be adopted for both predicting monitoring process. However, evaluation spectra requires application specific tools (i.e., Fourier’s Transform) to time representation same forces. This paper presents analytical formulations directly evaluate force starting from tool geometry parameters. The proposed start expression as a Fourier series enhance predictions showed in previous works by reducing overall number calculations needed. Then, are applied identify radial axial depths cut exploiting normalized spectrum. Finally, their were numerically experimentally validated. work represents preliminary step development system conditions milling.
